Content and Compliance Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
This policy sets the rules for everything published on WUSOOL 360: classified ads, offers, creator profiles, briefs, reviews and messages. It applies in every country we serve, together with that country’s own laws. Where a country is stricter, its rule applies.
1. We review before anything is published
- Every ad, offer, creator profile, brief and review is checked by WUSOOL moderators before it goes live, usually within 2 working hours.
- Automated filters flag banned words, prices and images first; a person makes the final decision.
- Property, vehicle, job and business ads are checked for the licence or registration number the country requires.
- We may ask for proof of ownership, identity or a licence, and we may edit a category or title to correct it.
2. What is never allowed
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and their parts
- Drugs, narcotics, prescription medicines and unapproved health or slimming products
- Alcohol, pork products, tobacco and vaping products
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and prize schemes without a licence
- Adult or sexual content and services, and dating or escort services
- Counterfeit, replica, stolen or smuggled goods, and pirated software, films or games
- Sale or transfer of visas, sponsorships, work permits or workers, and any job ad that charges candidates a fee
- Passports, IDs, licences, SIM cards or bank accounts in another person’s name, and other people’s personal data
- Unlicensed financial services: loans, investment returns, forex or crypto signals, pyramid and money-doubling schemes
- Wild or protected animals and their parts
- Hacking tools, spyware, signal jammers and devices that break the law
- Content that offends religion, national symbols, the state or its leaders, or any group of people; political campaigning; hate, threats or harassment
- False medical, health or financial claims, and fake reviews or testimonials
3. Nonsense, spam and misleading posts
These are rejected at review, and removed if they appear later:
- Test posts, gibberish, or ads with no real description of what is offered
- The same item posted more than once, or in several cities or categories
- Ads in the wrong category, or titles stuffed with keywords
- Bait prices (for example SAR 1 for a car), hidden fees or prices that do not match the description
- Photos that are not of the actual item, or stock photos for used goods
- Contact-only posts, links to other sites, or attempts to move buyers off WUSOOL to avoid safety checks
4. What happens when rules are broken
- First time: the post is rejected or removed and the member is told why.
- Repeated breaks: posting is limited, then the account is suspended.
- Fraud, illegal goods or threats: the account is closed at once, points are cancelled and we report to the authorities where the law requires.
5. Report a problem
Use the report button on any post, WhatsApp your country number or email info@wusool360.com. We act on reports within 24 hours and faster for safety or fraud. Rights holders can send takedown requests to the same address.
6. Country rules
On top of the rules above, each country has its own requirements. They are reviewed with local counsel before each country opens and at least once a year.
